Bill is the owner of Fournier & Associates, LLC., a consulting firm focused on organizational development and leadership since 2006. He helps leaders improve communication, build high-performing teams, and enhance productivity while reducing turnover. With experience working with 130+ organizations globally, Bill excels in leadership development and guiding change.
Author of "The Diamond Project: Rediscover the Gems Within," Bill has also contributed scholarly work and articles on workplace challenges and team dynamics. His past roles include professor, collegiate basketball coach, and leadership positions across industries. He has served as Past President of the National Speakers Association (Ohio Chapter).
Bill holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Ohio University, a Master’s in Physical Education, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is a Certified Emergenetics Associate and SkillPath Trainer, known for his dedication to unlocking potential in individuals and organizations.
