Bill is the owner of Fournier & Associates, LLC., a consulting firm focused on organizational development and leadership since 2006. He helps leaders improve communication, build high-performing teams, and enhance productivity while reducing turnover. With experience working with 130+ organizations globally, Bill excels in leadership development and guiding change.

Author of "The Diamond Project: Rediscover the Gems Within," Bill has also contributed scholarly work and articles on workplace challenges and team dynamics. His past roles include professor, collegiate basketball coach, and leadership positions across industries. He has served as Past President of the National Speakers Association (Ohio Chapter).

Bill holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Ohio University, a Master’s in Physical Education, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is a Certified Emergenetics Associate and SkillPath Trainer, known for his dedication to unlocking potential in individuals and organizations.

Concern: People might believe they can improve on their own and don't want to rely on a coach.

Response: Coaching does not create dependency. Coaching empowers. It provides tools to enhance their existing skills and accelerate their progress towards their goals.

Concern: I might not be able to attend all on-line sessions.

Response: All sessions are recorded and available to participants after each session.

The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey.
